Hello, phobia is more of a psychological phenomenon and will need psychological assessment and possibly counselling. I would recommend that you meet your family physician and get an assessment of your health first, if the physician feels that your fear of Cancer is serious problem then he may refer you to a counsellor or a psychiatrist. Along with this what may help to reduce the fear is to maintain a Healthy lifestyle with appropriate diet and regular exercise. While we still don't know what are the exact causes of many of the cancers, we do know that good diet and exercise is likely to keep you more healthy.
