I recently had a complete health checkup because I was experiencing some pain in my heels. After the completion of the check up the report came and it shows that I have high cholesterol, the liver is not functioning correctly, there is vitamin D deficiency, and some reports pertaining to blood test is also showing some problem. So I need someone to tell me how bad is my situation and what steps or medication can I take to reverse the damage that has been done to my liver and other body organs.
