Hello sir, I am vitamin D deficient. So back pain and knee pain frequently occurred. Does taking vitamin D supplements help? Does taking vitamin D supplements affect the natural ability of the body to produce vitamin D?

The only way to increase vitamin D naturally in body is sun exposure of 15-20 mins daily. Vit D supplements can help for short term if the levels are very low. But Vitamin D cannot be produced without sun exposure. Therefore please take a walk in sunlight between 11 to 2 PM for 20 mins wearing short sleeves shirt, and if possible shorts/half pants. Do it regularly.
