Hi doc, I hv been experiencing severe menstrual pain throughout my life n lately heard from so many people that ashokarishta syrup is actually v gud for this kind of pain so pls tell that will it work ?the only thing for which I actually ignored having it that ayurvedic medicine can create hormonal imbalances. I do not know this is a kind of perception m having n if there are some side effects so pls suggest.
