Hello I have had done HIV RNA PCR quantitative test done after 4 weeks of Possible exposure and the result was negative i.e. Pathogen not detected again at 6 weeks I did ELISA test and that to was negative so can I now conclude that I do not have hiv and move on with my life or do I need any further test?

Quantitative test is not valid for diagnosis For diagnosis Qualitative HIV 1 Proviral DNA test require ELiSA test is not valid before 6 month so advice you to go for HIV 1 Proviral DNA Qualitative Test.
