Hello Sir, I am 19 years old guy, I failed in fulfilling my dreams, my family do not understand me, and I am all alone fighting with this life, I have not slept from last 6,7 days please tell me what to do, my parents do not bother about it and I wish to sleep like other people but I can not, I feel sleepy by early morning like 5 am or may be 6 am.
