Every day I used to sleep at 11.00 pm and get up at 6.00 am. But for the past one month I am getting sleepy during day time especially between 9.00 am and 10.00 am. I am a teetotaller vegetarian ave no sugar or bp complaint now I am 50 years. Thinking that shortage of sleep may be reason I slept at 10.00 pm but the problem persists am I suffering from sleep disorder.

No it may not be sleep disorders.. Just disturbed sleep. Try doing moderate exercise.or yoga and pranayama..
