Female aged about 78 years old. Chronic knee pain and x-ray reveals (sublact) slipping of the upper knee joint from its usual position due to complete erosion of cartilage. Undergoing physio-therapy from past two years. Spine also appears weak. Problem is, she has become immobile from the past 4 months. Whole body appears paralysed. Lies flat on bed almost 24 hours. Requires assistance and wheel chair to attend to natures call. About 2 months ago potassium levels were above normal and serum uric acid also was high. All medicines for overactive bladder and control of Urinary tract infection withdrawn. Tests normal now. Please advise.
