My age is 23. I recently had a miscarriage in the 2nd month of pregnancy. After doing torch profile test. Doctor confirmed that I need to take rubella vaccine and even said may be because of rubella I have miscarried. Is this true that because of rubella I had miscarriage. And can I take apple cider vinegar for weight loss. And if yes how can I take it.

Hello Mounika... yes rubella is very dangerous in terms of abnormalities in pregnancy... And taking ACV is not that beneficial... It is just hiked by the manufacturers and their distributors... there is no much benefits... Better take a good multivitamin and multimineral tablet.
