Hi, I am 27 years old male, weight 73 kg and height 5 ft 6 inch. My blood sugar used to shoot up to 350 and fasting used to be 220 6 months ago I didn't care much about my diet used have 10 times per week from outside. Currently my blood sugar is 256 after meal, haven't taken fasting. I am trying to manage my blood sugar, I started walking 5 kms have green tea and Apple cider vinegar twice a day and a medicine which I don't remember the name of it and Dr. Reckeweg R40 which was consult by a physician for my blood sugar. Which slightly reduced my blood sugar numbers as it mentioned above. I rarely take any sugary products but diabetes is in my family's heredity. I keep myself busy in exercise like cardio and dancing for 10 mins a day although I try my best my blood sugar doesn't go below 180. Please guide me through what should I do manage it more so that my blood sugar reduce to normal levels. Thank you.
