My father is a diabetes patient and he recently got a heart attack according to doctors he was having heart major attack persisting 2 days. As he is well now but if you can help me in deciding food for him. As his says blood sugar level was 300+and BP was 250+ so keeping these factor in my mind what should I choose for him to eat.
