I have extra teeth in my upper jaw .what to do now please help me out my age is 21. Is this cause of concern .will it affect my physical shape in near future. Please help me out I am depressed a lot.

Hi, This is known as supernumerary. Single excess tooth is relatively common, multiple hyperdontia is rare Can happen due to environmental or genetic factors or a number of disorders, including Gardner's syndrome or cleidocranial dysostosis. No problem if you don't have any symptoms like pain ,gums swelling. If you have any trouble once consult a dentist he can identify after examination.
