I got tan all over my face and hand .For some days I am in practice of throw ball. So I am playing in sunlight. please help me to remove my tan doctor.

Thank you for your query. I can advise you some tips and home remedies to get rid of tanning. But you have to be consistent with your regime. It won't disappear in a week or so. 1.Make sure to apply sunscreen lotion of not less than 50spf before leaving home. 2.Apply detanning pack of papaya + curd and aloevera gel thrice a week. 3.Exfoliate the dead skin with sugar and lemon twice a month 4.Apply rose water mixing with a moisturiser after every face wash. Hope these tips and remedies will help you.
