Hi, I am 21 years female. I am facing a severe hair fall from last 2-3 years .Today my hair fall count was approx. 500 (yes, I counted them). I have referred to many doctors but nothing is working out for me. They generally prescribe me vitamins supplements but it makes no difference. I recently got a master health profile test for me. There no deficiencies of vitamins and Neither of iron. I thought it was about shampoo I was using, thus 5-6 months back I switched to shikakai and Retha powder to wash my hair. But it made no difference. I started practising yoga also but there?s no improvement. Everyone tries to console me that it?s normal to loose hair. But apparently it?s a large count. As a result, I am always irritated, even small things annoy me. It is severally affecting my self confidence. Please help me.
