Respected Doctor, My father aged 68 years has enlarged prostate 5.3 x4. 1 x4. 1 cms Wt 53.2 gms. Sonography report says that Enlarged median lobe is indenting the base of bladder with large post void residual urine volume of 96 ml. Moderate change of cystitis. He feels pain in stomach and shows disinterest in doing even daily activities. Kindly suggest what is to be done.
