I am diabetic. My heartbeat before exercise was 69 and after daily morning walk it was 89. Please guide. What is wrong?

It is good that you are progressing towards target heart rate after exercise. It means your exercises are being effective . There is nothing wrong with it unless you are feeling dizzy, light hearted or having cramps. It is a normal response of the body to exercise.
