Mai jab jab padhai krta hu mjhe choti choti si chezen jo pdhai gyi ho 2 din m bhool jata hu mtlb mjhe yaad and rehta ki maine kaise smjha tha ye mjhe pehle nahi hota tha ab hone lga sir Bhari sa lagta hai aur sir mai kuch calculation power and rehta. Ek dm sb vanish jaisa lgta. I am a b.tech graduate. I was having good retaining power but since few months mjhe ye dikkat hone lagi h. Please help me apni memory kaise better kro kya mjhe kch dawai leni chahiye ya kch aur. Help needed.

Go for a routine medical examination and do some basic tests as suggested by the doctor just to ensure that you are healthy and fit.
