I'm suffering from depression after breakup. He cheated on me for another girl. I can't forget him and can't get over of breakup. Actually I really want to forget him. How can I move on. N spend my life happy without any depression and anxiety tension etc.

Hello Life is small to keep thinking about little things in life i.e. Someone cheated for someone else. Once you'll start focussing on yourself, you'll see the changes. Focuss on the things 1. You love to do. 2. Keep yourself busy. 3. Make the schedule for the day. 4. Exercise for 20 mins per day, and 5. Drink atleast 10 - 12 glasses per day!
