My husband is having fever since Saturday and he is getting severe headache since Tuesday. He has been diagnosed with dehydration and given 3 bottles of saline today. In his blood report SGPT us 142 U/L and SGOT is 156 U/L.TWBC is 2.73 10^3/cell/ul and platelets count is 162 �10^3/cumm. Negative for dengue and malaria. Medicines given are Doxy 100 mg, Ursocol 300 mg, Caripill, Pan-D and Dolo 650 mg. Should he be admitted in hospital or will he be fine at home?

If no fever is coming now then ,he is better and can do his work then no need to hospitalised. If still fever suggest to hospitalised. Sgot and sgpt increased means jaundice and May be malaria also. Somr times test shows negative results but symptoms are like malaria with jaundice. Do see urine output.
