Hello Doctor, I am coronary artery disease patient and have placed two stent before 20 months ago. After 13 month of placed stent doctor advise me to do diabetes test and I have check-up my sugar level 250 after this I started regular exercise and cycling and my sugar level upto 150 remain constant without taking any tablets. Whenever I stop my exercise my sugar level simultaneously increase. Doctor should I take tablet or not of diabetes. In future sugar level cause any effect on my heart related problem.
