Hello, I am having pinching sensation and at times pain in left side of chest below left nipple and numbness in thumb and heaviness feeling in shoulder. TMT and echo2D and ecg, doc says no abnormality. I am worried is it blockade or is it angina or what is it? I am not at ease. My medical history is that I have been operated 4 times on left ear and diagnosed otosclerosis left operated. Is it because of that? Now getting aarogya test of 2499 for 63 tests also. Can gas be the reason as I do have gas nowadays. Please advise what to do now as I feel that it may be heart block but tests don't bring out anything?
