I have some urine smell since 7- 8 month .now smell is sometimes very low. But chest pain sometime in right and left. No fever, no vomiting, no weight gain or loss. No weakness. My diagnosis result like urine, liver,profile ok including urine culture and x ray of chest and urinary. Only kidney BUN IS 4.6 (Before 1 years 9.0). Creatine 0.9. In kidney position something happened not proper pain both side. Urologist told nothing to worry. neurologist not available here. So what should I do?
