My age is 61 yrs, Ht. 156 cm, wgt. 70.2 kgs, Serum status clear, triglycerides159,Total Chol. 238, LDL 162, HDL 44, VLDL 32, Total Chol./HDL Chol. Ratio3.69, previously I took bad cholesterol tabs for 6 months and after testing no bad chlorestral report, I discontinued the LDL cholesterol prevention tabs, now since agin LDL cholesterol is 162, I have been advised to take Atorna 10 daily one, night after meals, please advise me comprehensively regarding medication, diet and other exercises etc. Your's sincerely,

Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. No sugar, potato, rice 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts ,6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8.
