First surgery done (Left Kidney) in yr. 2008 to remove 41 mm staghorn stone, second surgery done in yr. 2014 (Left kidney) to remove 43 mm staghorn stones. Stone biopsy shows calcium phosphate oxalate stone formation due to body metabolism. I'm a non smoker with moderate non-veg diet intake. Alcohol once a week (one or two drinks). Working professional. Pls advise what I should eat and what not?
