I was suffering from interstitial TB. Att was started from 29/10//2017. Now I am going to complete 9 months of my tb medicine. I went though usg on 22/07/2018, where it was detected the enlarged lymph nodes which was present during start of the medicines is not visible in usg currently. I went to 3 doctor for consultation with this new usg and all previous test reports. 3 of them gave me different suggestions. One doctor who was a tb specialist told me that I should have stopped the medicine on completion of 6 months. The general physician told me that I should stop taking medicine after completing 9 months. Where as one gastroenterologist told me to continue R cinex (450/300) till 12 th months. I am in confusion whom to follow. According to the guidelines of who what should be the duration of tb in lymph nodes? Please give me your valuable advise?
