Hello Lybrate user. First of all, stop any sort of junk food. If you Follow properly structured diet plan based on your BMR and daily requirements you can definitely lose weight. Skipping your meals and eating unscientifically doesn't help at all and in fact it harms your body. Include 3-4 days of weight training in the gym to lose fat and gain muscle.
