I am 36 age working in MNC. I have spondylosis. Cervical and lumbar. Also I have digestive system issue. Urge to go just after having food. I don't eat vegetable because if this and even milk also I don't take. But do some back stretch and neck stretch physio. Some time take calcium tablet. Long back RA factor was identified and later it was decreased. Not sure about current. Please advise me if I go to any ortho they just concentrate on x-ray and MRI. I am suffering from heavy pain.

Do not worry it is mainly due to bad posture and muscle weakness. Do regular walk and exercises, avoid bad posture and take calcium and vit D supplements.
