I do not have a family history obesity. Neither I am deficient of anything. I am properly healthy. Its just I was not ok with 65 kgs thats why I thought that I should loose some weight. My weight is stuck at 62 kgs after exercising for 2.5 months. Its just not reducing I am taking egg whites and brown bread in the breakfast, sometimes 1tsp of PB and 2 dates as snack then I exercise, post workout I have roasted Chicken and a chappati, a glass of orange juice in the evening and for dinner 1 bowl of daal and a chappati or corn pomegranate salad, 1 small bowl of chickpeas and pomegranate salad, somewhat like that. Sometimes when I feel really hungry at night I have half a glass of milk. Also I have included 5 almonds in my daily diet. I also consume Green tea 1 or 2 times. Snacks keep on changing between banana, almonds, sometimes an oat biscuit and rarely 1 mango.
