Hi Sir, Regarding my mother report please explain following report details as follows: Fnac smear examination Cytology number: c?2981/18 Clinical history:- patient had a cystic lesion in uncinate process of pancreas Fnac site:- eus guided fnac cystic pancreatic fluid Gross description:- four giemsa and one pap stained slide studied. Microscopic description:- Smears show fluids background with ?At sheets of ductal epithelium having round to ovoid bland nuclei. Occasional foamy macrophages present intermixed. Occasional cells show binucleate nucleus and mild Anisonucleosis. Final diagnosis:-eus guided fnac cystic pancreatic fluid: -predominantly benign ductal epithelial cells suggestive of serous microcystadenoma. Please correlate with clinical findings. Fnac reporting including onspot adequrcy evaluation Other report details: fluid for amylase sample: fluid Fluid for amylase: result:1331 u/l ref range :28 ? 100 method: g7 pnp, blocked.
