Hi, I am 27 years old. I am having uric acid and it's level is 7.4 now so I am vary much confused. What should I eat in my diet morning to night cause I am doing work out also. Please give me some good diet list to control uric acid. And is there is a permanent solution to get out from uric acid.

Hi you should include food rich in vitamin c like lemon juice, Papaya, leafy greens, amla juice, whole grain cereals. Please avoid seafood like sardine, shell fish, red meat and alcohol. Keep your self Hydrated. Coconut water, Buttermilk etc are good. If you are taking a high protein diet please make sure that it is not high in purine because it can increase uric acid levels.
