My uncle 44yrs age. Diabetic under control. Has been diagnosed after pelvic ultrasound, with inflamed Left Inguinal lymph node in medial region of about 18mmx8mm. Please advise.

Dear if you donot have any symptoms and the lymph node was identified incidentally on ultrasound, then it can be left alone. But if you do have symptoms like pain, fever, enlarged lymph node which can be felt, it may be due to infection and antibiotics may be needed. Better to consult a surgeon only if you have symptoms otherwise, leave it alone.
