Dear Doctor, I am suffering from weird condition. I brief my details. I have taken anti allergic for 15 days after that I had side effect (bladder stores water) and I felt little nervousness during that time. After 20-30 days, the problem went away by itself. And then I started to take green tea empty stomach daily (I would like to inform that my nervous system is very sensitive) on very first day. I feel very alert during whole day and and empty stomach feeling which comes and goes by its own had been felt by me on very first day. Since I felt good on first day I continue taking it empty stomach but after few days it has completely imbalance my nervous system. My sleep was start to disturb I continued taking green tea since I was not sure, it is culprit. I start to have fear while sleep heart beats fast. And I found my self not able to relax state at all. I started running to overcome the side effects of drinking lot of water but all in vain. And slowly in 15 days my nervous system in sympathetic state. symptoms started - Constipation, not able to sleep. Heart beat around 90 beats/min, beats faster while laying down. Head feel like some pressure on temple. Blood pressure went 76/46. I felt water on stomach, Backside of chest. Breathe start to miss while sleeping sleep apnea felt. After this incident I took homeopathic Natrum Mur 200 which felt me relax and I started to recover blood pressure improve in 3 months 110/90 now. I had recovered up to some extent but I have overdose it by 10 M thrice a day for 15 days. Please suggest.
