30 week pregnant. 20 to 22 pus cell in urine. E coli gram negative. My doc give me antibiotics for seven days. I want to know is it serious and harm baby. Bp normal. Nausea and vertigo sometimes from the last four days.

Untreated urinary infection leads to maternal complications in pregnancy ,as you have received treatment for your infection there is no risk. You should drink plenty of water and maintain proper perineal hygiene so that you don't get repeated infection.
