My child (boy) age 1 year 2 months have iron and hemoglobin deficiency hemoglobin (7.6) so I need a diet plan for my child.

You can give him more of green leafy veg like paalak, methi. Also other foods with high iron like raisins, beetroot, apricots, dals, rajma etc. In addition give more citrous fruits like orange, pomegranate etc. Give more lime water daily. Ask doctor if he needs any supplements till his Hb level gets okay.
