I am 18 year old male and was diagnosed with NCC on 15th June, 2018. I had a single lesion measuring 4.6 mm in my frontal lobe. The medications given to me were - Zentel 400 mg (30 days), Decmax (8 mg Tab for 5 day 3 times then 8 mg Tab for 5 days 2 times then 4 mg Tab for 5 days 3 times then 4 mg Tab for 5 days 2 times and 4 mg Tab for 5 days 1 time), Levipil 500 mg (2 times a day for 2 months). I had 2 episode of GTCS. Now I am having a bit of mental confusion since past few days. I read on the internet that side effect of decmax is mental confusion? Is it a matter of concern? Should I see my neurologist again? It has been 5 days since decmax has been stopped.
