Hi sir, I am 35 year old male, from last year we are trying for a baby and my wife is healthy and normal. As suggested by doctor I have checked my semen analysis test in lab. As per report sperm count is 80 million/ cumm but active motile is 30% only. Could you please suggest how to improve motility. Is there any chance to get pregnant even if low sperm motility.

Please get your semen culture done to rule out any infection. Motility can decrease in case of infection. Also let us know your wife's age and what all tests have been done for both of you. As both partner's need to be treated together. Meet an infertility specialist and get some basic tests for infertility. Then only treatment can be planned.
