Hi doctor am 25 I have my periods with varying cycle length each month like 30 29 33 30 31 37 these are my cycle length from Jan 2018 to Jul is this a problem. Do I need to be concerned. I weigh 87 kg with height 161 cm. My hemoglobin count is 14 and I have no thyroid problem or no other health issues. Please suggest me what to do.

Hello lybrate-user! In your age group, such kind of irregularly varying menstrual pattern with heavy menstrual bleeding and much pain may be seen due to a condition called polycystic ovary.
