I wanted to reduce my stomach size. Presently it's 38 and my chest size is 34 so it's look odd.Please advise.

Hello. Fat has been gained over time, and the loos would also be a slow process. In order to loose fat around the abdominal area, one must start exercise that focus on the muscles of the stomach. Avoid foods that are high in fat, that are high in oil, butter, ghee, foods that are processed, etc. Include foods high in 1st class proteins that come from milk and its products, animal meat, eggs, etc. Also from a blend of cereals and pulses. Increase the intake of fiber in the diet that comes from raw fruits and vegetables, bran of cereals, etc. Drink 8-10 glasses of water. This should help you loose the fat.
