Due to exam stress and dehydration of body on Month of may I become so weak, I become thin and brightness of face is also vanished ,my skin color is also darken. I don't feel hungry till now, and Even I practicing yoga since two weeks but I don't feel hungry and that's why no improvement is seen in my health ,what should be my diet? Should I prefer any tonic or multivitamin? What should I do to recover the losses of appetite?
