I have been facing stomach infection. I have been feeling pain in my stomach I can?t eat even a single chapati but I feel hungry all the time Sometimes I have diarrhoea and sometimes constipation Also there is lot of gas developing in my stomach I am also feeling weak and it?s been a week.

At the diagnostic view we should underwent for radiological investigation and gastric analysis, funduscopic examination.
