Hi Sir, I have fear of mental disease. Whenever I read of them I feared a lot. My mind keeps thinking. My mind making images in head. Whenever that I saw anything about them e.g. I heard a voice that I feared and think about depression and anxiety and other diseases. Because I have read more about them on internet. I always feared. How to overcome it and stop wandering mind.

And this can make you to think negatively, this negative thinking make you more worry, fear, and keep on thinking about them.
