I am suffering from Sugar from last 4 years and I am not taking any medicine. I am an Accountant. Last 15 days back I checked my sugar and it is 345 after breakfast and 215 in fasting. I consulted local doctor and he has given me BGR 34 medicine which I almost finished. Kindly suggest how can I recover from this doses?
