I have back pain from last 1 mnth. I have two Mri report first show socialization of L5 with degenerative disc disc L3 L4 and L4 L5 second mri report is L3 L4 and L4 L5 disc bulge in central, bilateral para central and foramina location causing indentation and narrowing of anterior thecal sac and obliteration of peri neural fat and narrowing of bilateral neural forminal. Sir please tell me what is actually problem.

U have slip disc If power n sensation good then try physiotherapy n yoga If no improvement you may need surgery.
