I want to increase my body strength and power along with gaining weight. I want my body to be athletic and I don't want to take supplements. My weight is 55 kg and I want it to be 70 kg in 2 months.

Body strength can be increased by involving yourself with exercise for at least minimum 1 hour. For an athletic look you have to include more protein in your diet with complex carbs and not refined ones. 1st class protein source should be from egg whites, pulses, lentils, dairy and dairy products and above all depending upon your body requirement you can also add extra protein from protein powders available from herbal life. For further clarification as how much quantity of protein is required and required portion size in meals. Please consult dietitians through Lybrate.
