Hii. I am a 30 year old guy .I was having nightfall from last 10 years .I consulted doctors they adiviy me to take confido, and other medicines but all in vain .Now before one year I was married my wife is 8 months pregnant. I am still having night fall after 3 days I am feeling weakness .please help me and suggest some medicines.
