My daughter is 3 months old. Can we give her plain water and cow's milk as she is dependable on baby food.(Nan pro 1)? Pls advice.

We prefer exclusive breastfeeding up to six months. If must, you can give undiluted cow milk but formula feed will be better than cow milk, as it is fortified with essential nutrients and will be of consistent quality.

absolutely no. first 6 months exclussive mom s milk or formula feeds what u were giving plain water not advisable . after 6 months u can start top milks and other weaning formulas .
