I got fractured 3 years ago in left hand. And still My left hand is weak. And recently I have joined Gym so When I push up or do any set not able to lift weights like right hand. So what should I do for this problem.

First confirm with x-rays whether the fracture has completely united. If its united then you can start with minimal weights gradually increasing the weights over a time. It will regain the original strength.
