Hello Sir, I had oral sex with sex worker on 4 july 2018 and after three days I had red bumps in the throat and mild fever I licked the vagina did not deeply but only for 30 sec I had no any type of mouth problems like ulcers, cute, bleeding gums and so on from the that I am very anxious and I tested for hiv on 13 July 2018 which was negative and today I tested for typhoid and it the starting of typhoid fever. Please sir it is humbly request to you please reply my message as soon as possible for you. Can I get hiv from this exposure and the symptoms that I have.

If the contact is only oral sex, highly unlikely to get HIV. If there was penetrative sex without condom usage there are chances of acquiring HIV. Repeat HIV tests after 3 months and 6 months.
