I am 28 year female, my blood report show hb 11.80,rbc - 3.26,mcv - 103.70,mch - 36.20,mchc- 34.9,tlc - 10.1. Report advice- Rbc are Predominantly normocytic normochromic with macrocytic. Platelets normal. Please advice I am worry.

There is no need to worry 11.80 HB is normal in women although MCV and MCH are slightly raised it does not indicate any harmful disease condition. As MCHC is normal iron containt in blood is ok. Macrocytes are present due to immature RBC in blood which are due to vitamin b12 deficiency. Although b12 is abundant in non veg food but if you are vegetarian then milk and milk products and legumes are good source of vitamin b12.
