I was doing heavy masturbation before and was doing this from my puberty. I am 25 now and have stopped it from 3 months. I have a bad habit of retaining urine for a very long time especially in the morning. I am suffering for back pain and left side lower abdomen ache and sometimes in the right abdomen from last 2 years. But now when I get aroused and get hard erection, I suppress my feelings and don't masturbate. But after that I feel heavy pain in both right and left back and abdomen respectively. At the same time I also feel tenderness and stiffness in both testicles and testicular tubes. Am I ejaculating inside? Because sometimes whitish fluid comes out with my urine.
